I am an artist and I have alopecia areata. My current art pieces definitely represent the modern trends: plush leather purses, jewelry, beaded watches and gifts embellished with metal rivets, embossed leather pieces and accents which make them become art in motion. One part of my collection, purses entitled “Slingettes,” are hand painted with a woman resembling me (without hair). These purses can be customized by size, and some models have a fused glass closure, which can be removed and worn as a necklace. Please remember to mention NAAF when placing your order.
